It also features a living room wherein you could enjoy the majestic view outside through its enormous glass windows.

Anchored on the core concepts of privacy and relaxation, the cruise is also perfect for divers who want to explore the waters of the archipelago both above and beneath. It also offers charters exclusive for families and dive groups as well. Five of their itineraries include the Raja Ampat Central and North Diving 8-11 Nights, the Raja Ampat Central South Diving 8-11 Nights, the Raja Ampat Central and North Snorkelling and Freediving Cruise 7-11 Nights, the Raja Ampat to Triton Bay (Kaimana) 11-12 Nights, and the Spice Island Cruise: raja Ampat to Ambon 9-11 Nights.

Undervalued And Underpaid Preschool Teachers

Parents across the world are encouraged to begin educating their children at a young age. Schools like Star Bright Montessori try to improve pre-kindergarten education so that young children can be effectively educated. Young children become familiar with numbers, colors and letters, learn to count and identify letters and shapes. Children experience substantial brain development during these early years.

Increased investments are made by Congress, states and communities in early childhood education programs to improve access and quality for children with working parents. Early childcare and education can produce the next generation of leaders which make it important to improve the quality of preschool education in the country.

However, in spite of the importance of skills, training and expertise among educators, they are chronically underpaid and undervalued. Scientific evidence reveals that the first years of a child’s life coincide with the most important period of brain development and yet, the cost of enrolling children in quality preschool programs is so high that parents cannot afford the costs.

Meanwhile, educators cannot afford to continue living with the poverty level salaries. The salaries of early childhood education teachers are determined by their respective employers that are already operating on limited budgets from the tuition fees of enrolled children. Employers have to balance affordable tuition fee and fair wages for the teachers.

The recent significant increases in federal funding for Child Care and Development Block Grants show what happens when attention is given to the requirements of the workforce. Congress has no direct control in setting salary levels but increased funding will allow states to improve the salaries of teachers and support their stipend to obtain credentials and degrees.

While increased funding can make meaningful improvements, Congress must also consider additional mechanisms to make the field of early preschool education and childcare more attractive to teachers by making the paycheck more lucrative.

Early childhood education at Star Bright Montessori develops a child’s concentration, self reliance and self confidence. There are instances when the teacher asks the children to form a circle to sing songs, listen to stories and share particular interests. Every child has the opportunity to participate in the activities.

Partnership Schools To Uplift Thailand’s Educational System

When there is a good educational system, a country benefits from the presence of well-educated and skilled manpower for different industries ranging from technology to manufacturing. In Thailand, there are public and private schools including Thailand international school which is the first and largest British school for students from 2 to 18 years old.

For this academic year, the educational system of Thailand will be upliftedby the introduction of 50 partnership schools all over the country. The term “partnership” was chosen in order to reflect on the collaboration of all relevant parties that includes the private sector that is providing educational services to schools. A significant fact which must not be overlooked is the schools are from other state schools that operate independently.

The partnership schools have their own managers that can appoint school directors and teachers on their own without the need to undertake complicated bureaucratic processes. Even the budget can be managed by themselves without any outside influence.

Meanwhile, the curriculum will be adjusted to reflect local context and global trends according to the policies of the school. These schools have the responsibility to function as community learning centres when necessary.

One of the few partnership schools in Thailand can be found in Thongchaineurwittaya School in the north-eastern province of Nakhon, Ratchasima. The school passed all the criteria required to join the partnership-school initiative because it has been very efficient in educating students and strengthening the community.

Apart from its status as a partnership school, Thongchaineurwittaya is also a participant of CONNEXT ED project where Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) guides the school on the application of HM King BhumibolAdulyadej’sSufficiency Economy Philosophy in education. With the assistance of CPF, the school was able to set up a Sufficiency Economy centre that focuses on Indian Oyster mushroom cultivation including harvest and distribution.

For nearly 60 years, Thailand international school is very proud of its distinct accomplishments in the academic, sporting and artistic fields. This is partly due to the school’s policy that allows the students greater scope to discover their passions and interests. Students are provided with an extensive campus and outstanding facilities to enjoy the greatest number of opportunities.

Why Is Bulgaria A Miserable Nation?

Is there such a thing as an unhappy country? Yes there is. In a new released survey, it was found out that Bulgaria is the most unhappy country in the European Union. Bulgaria was a former communist country that joined the European Union in 2007 but it seems that the people are not satisfied. Bulgarians averaged 4.8 in a happiness scale of 0 to 10. The next most miserable country was Portugal that gained an average of 6.2. Scandinavia is the happiest country with an average score of 8/10. The survey was published to coincide with the International Day of Happiness.

Why is Bulgaria unhappy?

Bulgaria has the lowest GDP in the EU. Its unemployment rate is 10.8% which is above the 9.8% average. In 2013, Bulgaria has the lowest average annual wage rate at 1,949 Euros. The country experienced rapid growth between 2004 and 2008 but it was hit by the global economic crisis. However, according to an expert, Bulgaria’s misery is more nuanced than lack of money. Bulgaria was not happy joining the European Union and they considered it as a necessary evil. Their expectations were too high and they thought the Europe Union was the answer to their problem. The underlying nature of Bulgarians as people and as a society is not to trust anyone. In the last few years, there were lots of activism and protest movements.

According to a Bulgarian, Elena Georgieva, it is not surprising for Bulgaria to be unhappy. Since the fall of the communist regime, many Bulgarians are living in poverty and it has taken its toll. Bulgarians want a simple life and they are not interested in having lots of money or travel to exotic places. People are constantly worried about the jobs and whether there will be enough to buy food and pay bills.

A significant factor that is considered is that happiness is not a state of being but a process. People who are not evolving will not be happy. You have to move forward so that obstacles can be overcome. Happiness is also a feeling of belonging. If you know that you are part of a community and are appreciated, you will be happy.
